You may opt out of promotional SMS messages by replying STOP to any text message. Please note that opting out of marketing communications does not affect transactional communications such as appointment confirmations and reminders.
  • Do Not Track: Our website does not currently respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals. However, you may manage your tracking preferences through the cookie settings described in Section 5.

6.2 Texas Privacy Rights

  • Medical Records: Retained for a minimum of seven (7) years from the date of last treatment, or longer as required by Texas law and federal regulations.
  • Financial Records: Retained for a minimum of seven (7) years for tax and audit purposes.
  • Marketing Data: Retained until you opt out of marketing communications or request deletion, unless required for legal compliance.
  • Website Analytics Data: Aggregated analytics data is retained indefinitely. Individual user session data is retained for up to twenty-six (26) months in accordance with our analytics provider's retention settings.

8. Children's Privacy

Our website and online services are not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through our website. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without parental consent, we will delete that information promptly. M Health does provide certain wellness, bodywork, and rehabilitation services to minors (such as sports rehabilitation for high school athletes). When providing in-person services to a minor, we obtain consent from a parent or legal guardian, and any health information collected is handled in accordance with our HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites, services, or applications that are not operated by M Health. This includes our booking platform (Boulevard), social media profiles, review platforms, and content resources. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties.
