What is M Health?
M Health is the DFW metroplex's only integrated 3-in-1 wellness facility, combining a performance studio, medical aesthetics practice, and clinical wellness center under one roof in Plano, TX. Every service — from Botox and IV therapy to hormone optimization and sports rehabilitation — is overseen by our physician-led medical team and informed by your personal health data.
What makes M Health different from a regular medspa or gym?
Integration. At a traditional medspa, your injector has no idea what your hormones are doing. At a gym, your trainer doesn't see your blood work. At M Health, every provider shares your health picture. Your IV therapy supports your recovery. Your labs inform your aesthetic plan. Your bodywork complements your hormone protocol. Do I need to be a member to use M Health services?
No. All services are available to non-members. However, membership provides significant savings (10–25% off all services), monthly included treatments, priority booking, and ongoing wellness monitoring that makes the most of every visit.
What should I expect at my first visit?
We'll start with a conversation. Depending on the service you've booked, your first visit includes a health intake, consultation with your provider, and often your first treatment in the same session. Plan for 45–90 minutes. Come as you are — we handle the rest.
How do I book an appointment?
You can book online 24/7 through our website, call or text (469) 391-8999, or walk in during business hours. We recommend booking online for the fastest confirmation.
Does M Health accept insurance?
Most wellness and aesthetic services are not covered by insurance. However, many lab panels can be submitted to insurance with appropriate diagnosis codes. We provide the documentation needed for you to submit claims to your insurer. Our membership model is designed to make premium wellness affordable without insurance dependency.
What is your cancellation policy?
We ask for 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee. We understand life happens — just let us know as soon as you can.
Who performs the treatments at M Health?
All treatments are performed by licensed, credentialed professionals: registered nurses, nurse practitioners, licensed massage therapists, certified stretch therapists, and phlebotomists. Every protocol is reviewed by our Medical Director. We don't cut corners on credentials.
Is M Health HIPAA compliant?
Absolutely. All patient information is handled in full compliance with HIPAA regulations. Our digital systems, forms, and record-keeping meet or exceed federal privacy requirements.
Can I combine multiple services in one visit?
Yes, and we encourage it. Many clients pair IV therapy with bodywork, or combine a lab draw with an aesthetic consultation. Our scheduling team can help you build an efficient visit that addresses multiple needs.
